Prostitutes North Cowichan
RCMP are seeking witnesses to a disturbance at Cowichan Aquatic Centre in North Cowichan, British Columbia. This occurred in March 2021. North Cowichan regulates nuisance properties under its Nuisance Abatement and Cost Recovery Bylaw. The bylaw addresses properties with disruptive activities.

Police ask anyone with information to contact North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP at 250-748-5522 or Crime Stoppers. Separately, Michael Christian Zortea, 60, has been missing since November. RCMP continue searching for him.
