For instance, vice units detained individuals like a Ukrainian woman, and operations in areas like Hawally led to 27 arrests. Police also conducted a sting resulting in 34 detentions across Salmiya, Mahboula, Jleeb, and Khaitan. Another raid on men’s massage parlors netted 8 prostitutes. In a separate case, 12 expats were arrested for engaging in prostitution.

Law enforcement continues to focus on this illegal activity. Arrests are regularly reported, often leading to deportation for those convicted.
