Bethany Women’s Center is a drop-in program that offers women safe respite from the streets, support for basic needs, and access to resources and opportunities. It serves as a vital community resource for those in need, including Prostitutes Bethany. Bethany Recovery Center is a rehab center that helps women struggling with drug or alcohol abuse and addiction. Their programs offer therapy and long-term recovery strategies. At Bethany House we support women, and women with children, experiencing homelessness, through transition to stability. We offer housing and essential resources. FRIENDS OF LAZARUS HOME FOR GIRLS IN BETHANY (Charity number: 1163342) supports vulnerable girls. Providing young women with choice and control over their lives, Bethany House supported living service in Exeter offers support in a shared environment.
Community Support Initiatives
Our AW18 collection, Women of Change, focused on women’s rehabilitation, working closely with female prisoners from the Making for Change programme to develop employable skills. Vicoba groups act as a saviour to Lugoba women through microfinance. Women’s Fellowship (Bethany) offers daytime meetings focused on love and friendship. Bethany Women & MOPS groups offer fellowship. Women’s Events & Studies: Bible studies are the core of our Women’s Ministry at Bethany, laying the foundation for spiritual growth.
Spiritual and Educational Focus
Lugoba Single Christian Women seek fellowship and shared values. Students (preferably women) from any religious background who recognize themselves in the core values of the Ladies of Bethany are welcome. The programme focuses primarily on spiritual growth and service. Bethany Women’s ministry provides a space for spiritual growth, deepening relationships with God and others, and discovering purpose and fulfillment in life. They host regular Bible studies. LUGOBA SECONDARY SCHOOL provides quality education. Lugoba High School celebrates its students’ success journeys.
