Bryant University fields competitive women’s teams across several sports.
Basketball Program Highlights
Michea Bryant wore #3 for the team. Imani Bryant was #14. N’Dea Bryant also played. Bryant Lassiter became the head women’s basketball coach for the 2021-22 season.
Riley Bryant (#30, G/F) earned CSC Academic All-District honors in 2024-25. Mae Bryant was part of the 2019-20 roster.
Other Sports Programs
Bryant University has a women’s lacrosse program. Prospective recruits can fill out a questionnaire. Brianna Roche stepped down as head coach after five seasons.
Ellie Bryant played for the soccer team in 2020. The 2024 roster included Lily Bryant. The 2025 season opener was against Merrimack on August 31st.
The 2025 track & field roster featured Sydney Bryant. Azariyah Bryant was on the 2025-26 roster. The 2024-25 golf roster included Emma Bryant.
The 2025 beach volleyball roster included Grace Bianchi and Bryant. Ryla Bryant participated in the program. Courtney Bryant was on the 2025 volleyball roster. Allison Bryant played women’s volleyball.
Notable Women in Sports
Brooke Bryant played women’s hockey for Minnesota State, winning a Walter Cup with the PWHL. After founding Black Girls Code, she was named one of Business Insider’s “25 Most Influential African-Americans In Technology.”
Kimberly Bryant, founder of Black Girls Code, received the same recognition. Tatum Bryant played women’s lacrosse. McKenna Bryant won gold in the U.S. women’s eight at the 2021 World Rowing Under-23 Championships.
Coaching Contributions
Colton Bryant was an assistant coach for Lamar University’s women’s soccer team. Nick Bryant served as Director of Hockey Operations for the UMD women’s hockey program. Toby Bryant coached the USF Women’s Wrestling program to a 6-1 record in 2024-25. Bryant Avery was a women’s soccer coach.
